Just like a real ratchet, the "head" swivels around the handle, allowing it to be spun in every which direction and make circles at any angle. The light-up portion of the wand is over 12" long, which means the diameter of the circles it makes is over 2 feet wide! Uses 3 replaceable AG13/LR44 batteries (included).
